Dwi has more than 40 years experience in sugar industry started with engagement in new sugar project, running the sugar mills & cane plantation business and ended up with executive position as CEO at Subsidiary of State-Owned Sugar Company and several job as Commissioner in the group.

He is currently working as Executive Secretary of AGI (Indonesian Sugar Association) the only cane sugar industry association with 22 sugar companies, either state owned or private.

He is responsible for running the office with immense job both internal and external. Much of the time, he represents AGI in official governmental communications, to be speaker in enormous conferences and organizing several sugar events.

Apart of operating business, his long corporate experience in managing communication, legal and HR giving him special value in running the organization.

Before this, Mr. Rangsitwas Director of the Cane and Sugar Industry Policy Bureau, Office of the Cane and Sugar Board (OCSB), Ministry of Industry of Thailand from 2006 to 2013. During his work at OCSB, he was involved in policy and strategic plan on Thai sugar development.

Roman Rudkowskyj, engineer from Oxford University in England, began his professional career back in 1979 in the oil and gas industry, moving on to the alcohol and biofuels industry in 1990 until now.
Mr. Rudkowskyj joined Tomsa Destil in 1990 as part of the technical department, later assuming the position of Engineering Manager of the company in 1997. As part of its management, Mr. Rudkowskyj developed multiple projects for the alcohol industry and its byproducts, designing plants with capacities up to 575,000 liters of alcohol per day for large producers such as: Abengoa (France), Destilmex (Mexico), Deulep (France), Garma Grup (Moldova), Krupp (India), among others.
From 2009 till today, Mr. Rudkowskyj holds the Chief Commercial Officer position of Tomsa Destil, leading the opening and development of new markets around the world for the supply of alcohol technology and complete EPC projects.

With over 26 years of experience in wastewater treatment and waste-to-energy processes, Abhijit developed expertise in Anaerobic, Aerobic and Energy Recovery technologies. Abhijit has executed over 550 water treatment projects in 22 countries. Over half of Abhijit's mandates are awarded by sugar, distillery and ethanol clients. Abhijit graduated with bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and post-graduate degree in Environmental Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT Nagpur).

Dr. Dixon is a Director of M/s. SDM Engineers & Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. and is the designer of the Dixon-Methods Bagasse Dryer. SDM has installed the largest Bagasse Dryer in the world at M/s. TSBSFL Sugar Factory in Biswan, India.

Dr. Dixon has been engaged in the Sugar Industry with the Sugar Research Institute, Australia for over 20 years and with the Coal Fired Power Industry for over 10 years. He has expertise in both bagasse-fired and coal-fired boiler design and has specialised in biomass drying (specifically bagasse), combustion dynamics, Fuel Handling, Coal Ash Slagging and fouling and coal pulverisation. He developed the swirl spreader for bagasse suspension firing and the swirl burner combustion system for bagasse.

Dr. Dixon has held senior management positions in the Sugar and Power Industries, managing technical operations, investigations and research, asset management as well as project management of industrial-scale new technology installations.
